Ray is the man who started it all thirty five years ago.  Ray has over 40 years of insurance experience and is a constant source of support and knowledge for RTI Insurance Services, Inc.  While not "fully" retired, you will often find Ray golfing at Virginia Country Club, where he is a member, or at any one of the numerous prestigous golf courses around Southern California..  Ray is an avid world traveler who enjoys life as much as he has enjoyed the insurance business for the past 40 years.
