Erlena is probably  the person who most of our clients ask about.  Her's is the voice most people hear first when they call into the office.  She is the one who remembers that a client had a doctor's appointment the last time she talked to them and asks how they are feeling now. 

It's the kind of personalized service that comes from the heart.  This is exactly kind of service that set us a part from the faceless call centers most insurance agencies have moved towards.

Erlena has been with RTI Insurance Services for about 5 years,  She keeps us all in line by maintaining the office.  She's the best of the best and she's here at RTI Insurance Services, Inc.

On a personal note Erlena has 3 beautiful daughters, and 2 grandchildren.  She and her family can often be found at the local bowling centers where they are championship bowlers.
